Question: What Compiler and Version do you recommend to
develop RoboFlag?
Answer: We currently use Visual C++ 6.0 with Service Pack 5 to develop the
RoboFlag system. Other systems may be used but we have
noticed difficulties when programmers try to use Visual
C++ 7.0.
